I’m Owen Davies-Small, a RIBA chartered architect with over fifteen years’ experience - from residential extensions and one-off homes to bespoke developer schemes. I set up davies-small architects to do the part I love most: working closely and personally with people on the homes that matter to them.

Finding the right team to bring the design to life, from preparing tender documents and shortlisting builders to choosing the right balance of quality and value.
Supporting you throughout the build, administering the contract, monitoring progress and helping resolve issues so the project is delivered as intended.
Making sure your project finishes properly, from identifying outstanding items before completion to reviewing any defects after you move in.

Every project needs the right expertise at the right time. Over fifteen years, I have built a trusted network of engineers, surveyors and specialist consultants, and I bring together the right people for each project as it develops.
Sometimes the hardest part is knowing where to start. I offer a focused Design Consultation to give you the opportunity to explore your ideas with an architect, understand what may be possible and receive practical advice tailored to your home. Together, we’ll discuss your aspirations, identify opportunities and help you decide the right way forward.
